About Our Founder

Maddie Thompson, a professional makeup artist and brow mapping expert, founded Madluvv to meet a common demand: her clients wanted perfect, symmetrical brows every day—not just when she was there to create them.

Starting the business in her home while caring for her small children, Maddie used her signature stencil shapes to develop the first ever Brow Stamp Kit, which quickly became a viral hit!

This success propelled Madluvv from a humble home start-up to a full-fledged small business. Maddie’s passion and expertise continue to drive our commitment to making effortless, flawless brows a reality for everyone.

Return Policy

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at orders@madluvv.com. 

We offer a 14-day window from receipt for returns on unused and unopened products only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Color Match Policy

If the shade you selected for the Exacto Brow Pencil or Brow Stamp does not work for you, we offer a one-time color replacement. A replacement shade may be sent for a $7.95 shipping fee. The original product does not need to be returned.
