We offer a 14-day window from receipt for returns on unused and unopened products only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Color Match Policy

If the shade you selected for the Exacto Brow Pencil or Brow Stamp does not work for you, we offer a one-time color replacement. A replacement shade may be sent for a $7.95 shipping fee. The original product does not need to be returned.
